What is WufWuf?

WufWuf is a monthly subscription box containing quality toys, treats, chews, and other goodies for your dog - delivered straight to your doorstep for only £18.90 per month.

Every box is THEMED to keep things exciting! Toys are tested on a wide range of dog breeds to make sure even extreme chewers are challenged. There will always be a minimum of 5 items + surprise items in your WufWuf delivery - valued at over £40.

It’s truly the easiest and most FUN way to show your dog some love.

Below you can see exactly what you’ll get in your first box, but the contents of every box after that is a total SURPRISE! Check out what your first box will give you:

What comes in a WUFWUF box?

Every month your box will be a fun, new theme - so the exact goodies you get will be just as much of a surprise for you as it is for your dog!As always, you can count on receiving a minimum of 5 exciting items, including:

• 1 tough toy
• 1 plush toy (mostly tailor-made for our WufWuf family)
• 1 treat
• 1 chew
• 1 surprise item or accessory!

BUT just so you know… you’ll often get more than 5 items ;)

Will WufWuf compensate me if I get so excited for my delivery I forget to grab my bills from the mailbox?

WufWuf is not responsible for less exciting mail items being forgotten when your WufWuf box is delivered. We recommend setting a reminder on your phone - or writing yourself a sticky note!

How do I join?

Just click here to fill out the subscription form, where you’ll be asked to give info about your dog, whether he or she has allergies we should be aware of, your home address and payment information - and that’s it! Just try to keep your cool as you realize your box of BLISS is on its way ;)

What if my dog is picky or has allergies?

No worries! We give you a chance to list foods your dog won’t or can’t eat when you fill out our subscription form. We’ll be sure to only send you treats that do not include those foods.

How do I cancel? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Canceling is just as easy as subscribing. Simply log in and click “Cancel Subscription”! Once you cancel, you will not be charged again! Just remember the billing period is the 7th of every month, so just be sure to cancel before the 7th.

You can also e-mail us at [email protected] or send us a message via online chat to request that we cancel your subscription.

The only hard part will be breaking your dog’s poor little heart…

How much will WufWuf cost?

Just £18.90 per month (shipping is free in the U.K., £7 for EU countries and £12 for the rest of the world).

Altogether, the items in every box are valued at over £40 so... you know... it's a really fantastic deal!...

When will I be billed, and when do I receive my box each month?

You will be billed for your first box as soon as you subscribe, and it will be mailed out to you the next business day. It typically takes 2-3 business days for your WufWuf box to arrive in the U.K. and 5-8 days for the rest of Europe. Warning: waiting for your WufWuf box may feel like the longest days of your LIFE!

After that, your monthly payments will be on the 7th of every month (for as long as you’re subscribed), and your WufWuf box will ship out no later than the 15th of every month.

Do you consider the size of my dog when selecting toys/treats?

Absolutely! We want to make sure you get the most out of your WufWuf box. We ask you all the necessary questions in our subscription form so we can tailor your order to your dog. Small, medium, and large dogs all get goodies that are just their size.

You can also update your information, like your shipping address and your dog’s size, allergies, preferences etc.

What if my dog wants nothing to do with one of the toys in a WufWuf box?

You can tell us - we promise we won’t be offended! Send us an email at [email protected] letting us know one of your WufWuf toys went untouched and we'll send a replacement with your next month’s box - for FREE.

What sort of treats will come in my WufWuf box?

We carefully choose the best British treats for your dog, such as: Pet Munchies, The Dog Treat Company, Lily's Kitchen and other high quality brands.

If your dog has sensitivities to specific foods, simply list them in our subscription form on the “Tell us about your dog” page and we’ll be sure to leave out any treats containing those foods! In this section you can also specify that your dog is still a puppy and will require puppy-safe treats.

What if my dog is a puppy?

No problem! Just let us know your dog is a puppy using this section pictured below on the “Tell us about your dog” page of our subscription form, and we’ll make sure you receive treats that are safe for all life stages! Yes, you may also make a note of how adorable and perfect your puppy is… we know you want to.

Will I always know what’s coming in my delivery?

Nope! We’ll only tell you what’s in your first box. We keep all following boxes a mystery so it’s just as exciting for you as it is for your dog (well, almost)! Trust us, it’s WAY more fun that way ;) BUT you can count on receiving:

• 1 tough toy
• 1 plush toy (mostly tailor-made for our WufWuf family)
• 1 treat
• 1 chew
• 1 surprise item or accessory

How much am I really saving by choosing WufWuf?

If you were to go out and buy each item separately, the products in our boxes would cost you at least £40. But a WufWuf subscription is only £18.90 per month! To save you the maths, £21.10 in savings per month adds up to £253.20 per year!
