No worries! When filling out your subscription form, you can specify any allergies or foods your dog won`t eat. We will ensure all treats are suitable for your dog`s needs.
Are your boxes suitable for puppies?
Yes, our boxes are for dogs of all ages. Use the dog detail section to specify your dog`s preferences, e.g. no tough treats. We are happy to customise your box. Yes, you may also make a note of how adorable and perfect your puppy is - we know you want to!

Absolutely! We want to make sure you get the most out of your WufWuf box. We ask you all the necessary questions in our subscription form so we can tailor your box to your dog. Small, medium and large dogs all get goodies that are just their size.

Can I buy the subscription as a gift for someone?
Of course! Put the recipient`s address in the shipping address field and use your own for the billing address. To add a special note to your gift, type this in the dog detail section.
What sort of treats will come in my WufWuf box?
We carefully choose the best British treats for your dog from high-quality brands. We also have our WufWuf treats, made by a family-owned business in a human-grade factory in Yorkshire. We strive for all our treats to be nutritious, and where possible, grain-free.
(If your dog has sensitivities to specific foods, choose them on the ''Allergy'' page, and we’ll leave out any treats containing those foods. If your dog has any other dietary needs, please chat with us after you checked out. We'll do our best to accommodate.)
Do you have a store to buy items separately?
Items in our themed monthly boxes are handpicked, especially for our subscribers. However, you can find a selection of dog toys, treats and other goodies in our online wufwufshop.co.uk. Occasionally, you will find special toys from previous boxes, so if your pup has a favorite, be sure to get them a spare one!
Can we get any sample of treats to decide whether to subscribe or not?
Unfortunately, we don’t send treat samples. However, if you have a fussy dog, you can let us know in the dog detail section when you sign up, and we will do our best to customise the box for you.

Will I get the box that I saw in the ads?
The box that you see in our ads is our "First Time Box”, and that`s the first one you will receive. After that, our boxes will always be a surprise.
What if my dog destroys toys quickly?
We send toys for your dogs to have fun and to keep your furniture safe. We believe that toys are made to be chewed, hence why we send new ones every month.
However, we do understand that some dogs just love to chew and may need tougher toys. Try our Power Chewer box, with toys especially tailored for rough pups!
