Power Chewer is a monthly subscription box. It contains quality toys, treats, chews, and other goodies for your power chewer dog - delivered straight to your door step every month.

Every box is THEMED to keep things exciting! Toys are tested on a wide range of dog breeds to make sure even extreme chewers are challenged. There will always be a minimum of 4 items + surprise items in your Wuf Wuf delivery.

It’s truly the easiest and most FUN way to show your dog some love.

Below you can see exactly what you’ll get in your first box, but the contents of every box after that is a total SURPRISE! Check out what your first box will give you:

Every month your box will be a fun, new theme - so the exact goodies you get will be just as much of a surprise for you as it is for your dog! As always, you can count on receiving a minimum of 4 exciting items, including:

  • 2 treats or more
  • 1 chew or more

BUT just so you know… you’ll often get more than 4 items ;)

Nope! We’ll only tell you what’s in your first box. We keep all following boxes a mystery so it’s just as exciting for you as it is for your dog (well, almost)! Trust us, it’s WAY more fun that way ;) BUT you can count on receiving:

  • At least 1 tough toy
  • At least 2 treats
  • At least 1 chew

Also… you might get extra sometimes!

Generally, the subscription gives you one box a month. Your first surprise box will arrive one month after your first time box has arrived. This could be change which day of month you subscribe.

No problem! We ask your dog's age when you subscribe and customize the items in the box due to his/her age.

Yes, they are. We ask your dog's age when you subscribe and customize the items in the box due to his/her age. So, you can be sure your pup's boxes will be suitable.

No worries! We give you a chance to list ingredients your dog won’t or can’t eat when you fill out our subscription form. We’ll be sure only to send you treats that do not include those ingredients.


Yes, at the moment we do not have a subscription box for two dogs, so you will need to subscribe twice.

Yes, our boxes are for dogs of all ages. Please reach out to us via live chat or email at [email protected] to let us know your dog`s preferences, e.g. no tough treats. We are happy to customize your box.

Absolutely! We want to make sure you get the most out of your Power Chewer box. We ask you all the necessary questions in our subscription form, so we can tailor your order to your dog.

Small, medium, and large dogs all get goodies that are just their size.  You can also update your information, like your shipping address and your dog’s size, allergies, preferences etc.

You should write that person’s address in the shipping address field and for the billing address field, you should write your own address. Then we will send your gift. If you would like to add a special note to your gift, type this in the dog detail section.

Yes! Cancelling is just as easy as subscribing. Simply  log in and click “Cancel Subscription”! Once you cancel, you will not be charged again! Just remember the billing period is the 15th of every month, so be sure to cancel before the 22th.

You can also e-mail us at [email protected] or send us a message via online chat to request that we cancel your subscription.

The only hard part will be breaking your dog’s poor little heart!

You will be billed for your first box as soon as you subscribe, and it will be mailed out to you the next business day. It typically takes 2-3 business days for your Power Chewer box to arrive.Warning: waiting for your Power Chewer box may feel like a long time!

After that, your monthly payments will be on the 15th of every month (for as long as you’re subscribed), and your Power Chewer box will ship out no later than the 22th of every month.

No, our boxes are subscription based but you can cancel any time.

WufWuf is not responsible for less exciting mail items being forgotten when your WufWuf box is delivered. We recommend setting a reminder on your phone - or writing yourself a sticky note!

We carefully choose the best British treats for your dog from high-quality brands. We also have our WufWuf treats, made by a family-owned business in a human-grade factory in Yorkshire. We strive for all our treats to be nutritious, and where possible, grain-free.

(If your dog has sensitivities to specific foods, choose them on the ''Allergy'' page, and we’ll leave out any treats containing those foods. If your dog has any other dietary needs, please chat with us after you checked out. We'll do our best to accommodate.)

You can tell us - we promise we won’t be offended! Send us an email at [email protected] letting us know one of your WufWuf toys went untouched and we'll send a replacement with your next month’s box - for FREE.

We don’t send any samples. However, If you have a fussy dog you can let us know in the dog detail section when you sign up and we will do our best to customize the box for you.

We will have campaigns from time to time that offer discounts on first-time subscriptions. Look out for them on our social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

We are not able to send sample boxes.

We do have alternatives for fussy dogs. You can write this in the dog details when signed up. For now, we can send you a replacement and we will update your preferences for you and customise your box thereafter.

Yes. To do this, you can create a new account for a second box. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you further.

Not at the moment. Payments will be taken on the 15th of every month.

You might have a card limit or your card could be closed for online shopping? Have you checked the expiration date? Reach out to us and we can try and take your payment manually. If that’s not working, you should contact your bank.

Delivery & Shipping

It usually takes 2-3 business days to receive your parcel depending on your location.

Log in with your subscription email and password on wufwuf.co.uk. Go to “Shipping” section, choose “Edit”. Enter your new shipping address in the appropriate fields. Click the “Save” button. Or simply just reach out to us and we will change it for you.

If your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet, we can delay it.

Managing Subscription

The box that you see on ads is our “First Time Box” and that is the first one you will receive. After that, our boxes will always be a surprise.

It is possible to pause a subscription. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with it.

Sure, we have no special conditions or restrictions that prevent you from canceling.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we are able to make changes.
